“we”, “us”, or “our”) respect your rights with regard to your personal information and
committed to protect your privacy. This Privacy Policy sets out to inform you how we will
collect, use, store, transfer and protect the information you provide to us through this
application.

By using our application, or by otherwise giving us your personal information you are giving
us consent to collect, use, process and disclose your personal information under the terms of
this Privacy Policy and any relevant data protection laws in Malaysia (including the Personal
Data Protection Act 2010). By providing your personal information to us, you confirm that all
personal information provided by you is accurate and complete, and that none of it is

passport or National Registration Identification Card (NRIC) number or driving license.

• Identification Id image – image such as passport datapage or National Registration
Identification Card (NRIC) via the eKYC enrolment process.
• Recording of your image – via the eKYC enrolment process by taking a selfie image.
The capture of the image will be process and facial recognition will perform against
the photo in the identification Id image.
• Sensitive information – information about your religion or other beliefs, mental and
physical health or your medical condition, political opinions, criminal background or
trade union membership. We do not generally collect sensitive information unless we
see that it is necessary in order for us to serve you better and meet your particular
needs. – We will only process sensitive personal information upon the express consent
from you and only for purposes it was provided, or in accordance with law.
• Payment information such as your credit or debit card information, including the name
of cardholder, card number, expiry date, billing address and other bank account
details.
• Account login information.
• Demographic information (e.g. age, gender etc.).
• Technical computer or phone information (e.g. device type, IP address etc.).
• Application Usage Information – information about how you use or navigate our
application and/or statistic such as the time, date and duration of your visit, how you
interact with online advertisements on our application and content viewed or
downloaded.
• Location information – including precise real-time information and imprecise location
information from your device, provided permission is granted.
Use and Disclosure of Your Personal Information
Your personal information collected will be used for direct association of legal identity in the
online realm or known as Digital Identity. It is usable for transactions where identity proof is
required online.

subject to the permitted law applicable to us.
Storage Security and Data Protection
DTSB has set up technology and standards to protect stored and transmitted personal
information you give us. This includes encryption software and strict security standards, the
cloud-based database solutions used encrypted our database instance using keys that
manage by key management system (KMS) and data stored at the rest in the underlying
storage is encrypted, as are its automated backups, read replicas, and snapshots. The
encryption uses the industry standard AES-256 encryption algorithm to encrypt your data on
the server that hosts your Database instance. The database network connectivity is isolated
using VPC in it own virtual network, and using industry-standard encrypted IPSec VPN. The
current setup only allowing the database instance connect to DTSB IT infrastructure. Besides,
user access control group is implemented on the database that only authorise user can take
on specific resources. Notwithstanding, we do not guarantee unauthorised or accidental
access to such data.
Data Retention
DTSB will keep your personal information only for as long as is reasonably necessary taking
into consideration on our need to satisfy the law or regulations, or to protect our interests.
We may retain your personal information for a reasonable period after you stop using our
application and services. After this period, we destroy your personal information by purging
it from our electronic, manual and other filing systems according to our internal procedures
and schedules.
Your Rights to Access and Correct Your Personal Information
We can assist you to review and update any personal information that we may have collected
about you. Where you wish to review and update your personal information in our
possession, you may make a request to us via our Data Access Request Form or Data

Cookies
Our application generates “Cookies”, which are special files collected by our servers that
identify you or your device whenever you visit the site. These cookies do not record data
permanently and are not stored on your device; once you close the application, your device
deletes the cookies. Cookies use to gain a better understanding on how you use our
application.
Persistent cookie is used in our application, it stored within the storage of the
computer itself and persists between instances of the browser being opened. Persistent
cookie is ideal for storing information such as your authentication status, basically are you
logged in or not or some form of token that can be sent and checked next time you visit the
website.
